Responsible/oversees the research, modeling and implementing of value generating workflow processes directly and indirectly impacting financial efficiency. Works to increase communication among departments, streamline workflow, and constantly evolve the reporting methods and depth. Primary liaison to provide analytical support and data analysis while leveraging various technology to create, capture, present and track the numerous efficiency, value, and automation initiatives and nuances. Oversees the process to identify and offer solutions for irregularities in business operations using research, analysis, and technology. Responsible for managing projects independently or in a team environment. Open to change and opportunity.

Essential Duties

  • Serves as the product owner, primary liaison and project manager for all issues pertaining to impacting financial efficiency.
  • Enhance productivity and income generation policies, procedures and standards.
  • Oversees the initiative to review, generate reporting, gather and organize financial data, numerical data and statistics related to processes, projects, historical data and on-going initiatives.
  • Liaison between various levels of management and peers to constantly re-evaluate workflow processes.
  • Will look to adhere to all rules and regulations regarding use of data and monitoring and measuring. (Risks with demographics, incomes, race, etc. - or as applicable)
  • Oversees the proposal and implementation of changes and arrangement of reporting methods and details for the cooperative.
  • Primary liaison to accumulate critical information though employee dialogue, reviewing current processes, reports and other metrics.
  • A key member of the metrics initiative to identify gaps, opportunities and existing metrics between departments and across the cooperative. This includes but not limited provide analytical support for the constantly re-evaluation of automation and reporting.
  • Assess the operations of the organization to present suggestions to problems and generate procedures for enhanced decision making
  • Oversees the compilation of the analysis of financial reports to discover discrepancies and offer potential solutions for management.
  • A key member of a team providing financial reports relate with reliable conclusions
  • Oversees the creation of forecast models for revenue changes and expenditure increases/decreases
  • A primary key liaison to senior management to identify opportunities for growth and present plans of action
  • Training and education to be compliant on all relevant rules within the industry he / she is employed
  • Supportive in a backup capacity to department tasks and efforts
  • All other duties as assigned

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, management, economics or related field.  MBA preferred.

Years of Experience:

1-3 years of business or financial institution/investment experience required with a focus on analysis
